Awsome trail. Rough and steep in some areas so don't think this trail is a "walk in the park." If you walk this trail make sure you are in shape, and use a trekking pole. Really nice scenes. About 3 hour walk.

I love this section. It is strenuous and you will get a good cardio workout. Trekking poles recommended. Rocky and steep with one steep downhill section with loose gravel. Always take a map and compass with you and know how to use them. I love All Trails pro. I can navigate with no problems. You should also take enough water to drink.

If you hike the marked red trail it is 3.1 miles according to the trail head. Though the trailhead marker says the trail is easy I would say it is moderate. There were a few places that were rough.

Awesome area to camp and hike. Busiek State Park is surrounded by thousands of acres of privately owned woodlands, so it would be wise to bring a map and compass of the area in case you go off trail to prevent yourself from getting lost. Also keep in mind that there are black bears in this area. Overall this is an awesome place to get out and enjoy nature. I give it 5 stars.

A very good place to camp and hike. Be sure to take a map and a compass and know how to use them, as Busiek state park is surrounded by thousands of acres of privately-owned woodlands. It would not be that difficult to get lost very quick if you had to go off trail. if you like to hike this is an awesome place to go, and Camp Creek makes an excellent catching feature. a word of warning, there are black bears in this area so hiker's and camper's need to exercise caution. Overall, I give this 5 stars.

Marked well, unfortunately wouldn't allow to check in, responded with not close enough to the trail.

Quiet walk and large amount of rocks

Very pretty during the fall foliage.

Depending on the time of day and time of year you visit this park is great! Sometimes its busy but usually everyone is spread out through the park. When the creek has water it's nice to wade in but it's usually low or empty. If you go further back into the park the trails get a little more rough and over grown and you can easily get lost your first time through. Watch out for horse poop too.

I took the Yellow Loop to the Silver Loop then the Silver Loop section over the mountain. Going over the mountain was the most difficult part of the trail. Both sides are steep with one side very rocky. I do suggest trekking poles for that. It was a great hike though.
