Nice trail system. A hidden gem close to Saint Paul,MN.

Absolutely beautiful views. Natural terrain for the most part.

Love this trail. It has a little bit of everything from open prairie to woods. The trail is a mixture of flat to rolling hills. Perfect length. Early morning is the best.

It was a fun hike. There weren't the picturesque views that you'll find in other surrounding hikes and the trails were super wide. But it's close to the Twin Cities and very accessible.

There are multiple trails at Lake Elmo for you to hike, bike, horseback ride, and cross-country ski. Pets are welcome, but are asked to stay on their leash. There are also three options for coming at Lake Elmo: group camping (multiple tents per site), rustic (walk-ins), and modern (trailers and RVs). The rustic walk-ins are located off the cross-country ski trails. These trails are lit to allow for safe skiing at night.

Absolutely gorgeous park! 20 miles of multi-use turf trails through the woods and prairies. Five loops, marked with colored arrows vary in length. Five miles of paved trails connect the developed area of the park. Trailheads, mountain bike trails and equestrian trails.

Great mountain bike option for those wanting to take their beloved beginners out for a nice long and very picturesque ride. Word of warning - at the trailhead located in the park, keep an eye out for horse trailers and then be aware of horses that may share the mb trail with you!
