HikingGreat!

DEFINITELY shouldn't be rated as easy. This was more of a moderate level. the trails are narrow, made of sand, there's a ton of elevation change, and a lot of bushwacking and crawling over fallen tress and such. Great hike, that was a helluva lot more intense than we anticipated!

Easy main trail with graves hill and other trails connecting off it if you choose to go further than the 2 miles of hall lake. Will next time

I didn't do the whole trail because I was not prepared for it. Will be going back with a rope to get to the bottom tho!

Beautiful & heavily wooded. No mud shortly after a hard rain. Be sure to check out Grave Hill & The Devil's Soup Bowl. I wouldn't be there after dark!

This trail has lovely rolling hills and a beautiful lake and some wetlands and on this late summer day here in Yankee Springs recreation area’s part of the North country Trail, it was a beautiful day.

Good trails. Went off trail to do some orienteering. If you do that wear long pants there was a lot of poison ivy on the lesser traveled trails

Dry, 2 days after rain. Little buggy. Nice views of the lake and a few inclines first a decent workout.

Second time hiking this trail in a few weeks time. Still beautiful and worth the short drive. Today was also our kids birthday and she wants to be a "survivalist". This was her first big hike with her new boots and gear we got her.

Add .8 to mileage bc I forgot to unpause it Great partly cloudy day with a strong breeze after a week of miserable sticky humidity.

HikingBugsGreat!

Loved the greenery along the whole trail. As everyone else mentioned, the trail is actually 13 mile long and it’s a mountain bike trail. I did the big loop of 12.2 miles on a Saturday morning. Would definitely recommend to walk on the opposite direction of bikers. The paths are narrow and curvy which gives you more reason to stay alert about bikers as they crossed me usually at a good speed. For a beginner hiker like me, the path had a decent mix of ups and downs. Mostly shaded trail, sandy parts for a bit, lots of stones and tree roots on the path, bugs were tolerable for me.

Nice trail with great trees. Fun for the kids and adults alike. Clean and a few others out today, but not too many to make it crowded. Will do again!
