Fisherman's Island State Park has five miles of unspoiled Lake Michigan shoreline. The park encompasses a tiny island, Fisherman's Island, located a short distance offshore from the picnic area. It features a rustic campground with some of the sites nestled in the dunes along the lakeshore.

easy hike and pretty view of the lake. slightly confusing as far as the labels for the hike loop goes. it is one big loop broken into 3 sections. 2 of them are called north and south campground which leads you to believe you are going into campsites not on trails.

Easy trail. We walked south on the beach and then returned on the trail. Terrain was easy to navigate. It was Fall so the colors were nice, although a lot of the leaves had already come down.

This was a nice little trail with some sweet views...decent for a state park but definitely could be longer.

Beautiful views and an awesome place to hike and camp!

This really is a nice little trail. It starts out very flat on the north end then gets rather hilly on the south end. You can make a nice loop out of this by coming back north up the lakeshore to the parking area. There is also a nice beach at the picnic area on the south end of the trail.
