What a beautiful, local (to me) hike, only about 10 min from home. Trail is well maintained and marked by blue blaze. A few wet/muddy spots that are easily traversed. At midway point is a wooden footbridge and a spot to sit for a quick break and hydration. There were 3 fire spots where someone had had a campfire along with some empty beer cans and trash unfortunately didn’t have a trash bag with me or i would have carried out, next time. Though will say each one had a nice stone fire ring built around it. Only encountered a few people, some with their dogs. All in all an excellent hike.
