Beware if you are linking trails and taking Buzzard Rock Trail to exit at the tunnel and the bike trail near Forest Glen Trail. The trail basically ends before the Forest Glenn trail and you will need to descend about 200 feet on a steep eroded path or go back and approach from another direction. It looks like the trails once connected but have degraded away. Made it down ok but if it was wet or muddy it may have been a different story.

Fun “lollipop” trail. Kids had fun. Only made it to the base of the loop and had to turn around for time. Many places to throw rocks in river. Limited parking spaces.

Narrow but easy to follow trail along the Patapsco River. Mostly muddy due to endless days of rain earlier this week and last but the trail itself was clear and well used making it easy to follow. Beautiful winter hike in mild temps. Only encountered one jogger and a couple on horseback on the trail but a number of people on the river itself.

Agree that signage is limited and I relied heavily on the app's map. Fairly muddy a few days after rain. Will try going clockwise next time for downhill switchbacks and uphill rocky climb

Muddy due to a few days of rain. Some rocks on the trail. Parts of the trail are not marked well.

Great trail. A little challenging in wet areas and crossing over water. From the starting point at the first split be sure to stay right and you will come across the cascades. This will help in case you are doing the trail only to see the cascades. If you go left you will go the long way around before you get to them. If you don't have a map it can be confusing as you won't see some blue markings on the trees throughout the trail.

First time on this trail, not bad. Water was too high on the most direct stream crossing in the beginning and was definitely not a good idea to go this way on the day I went. Signs direct you to go this way, so just make a good judgement call. I had to go a bit further to get a lower area and that took up some time. It also got a little confusing after the underpass, as there are many unmarked side trails and the trail merges to the white aren’t well marked. Made it to the second telephone line field before I had to turn back. Would like to go back and finish the rest!
