I had fun riding my bike here. People are nice. I will be back.

Great running trail; it was quite difficult for me. Very challenging especially with all the inclines.

Great Easter hike

Nice area to unwind and enjoy nature. The trail is maintained but very slippery in winter. Nothing complicated or technical skills needed, just a good pair of hiking boots and some water.

I have hiked sections of this trail multiple times, and this is the first time I did the whole loop. Great trail.

Nice 11k run!

Enjoyed the beautiful hike with a few steep climbs. Looking forward to future walks here.

Excellent trail! Well marked, nice challenging hike.

Fun trail, the gravel was very lose in many spots. I rode a trek ds 2 and I had a few issues keeping traction.

I'm no runner or fitness buff, in fact i'm old, over weight and have too many injuries to list, but i still like a challenge. My personal best climbing stairs was 802 @ Matthiessen State Park last year (along with 4.5 miles). I read about Swallow Cliff earlier this year, thought if there was a good weather day, i'd check it out. Well, that day came (6/19/17) so i drove the 25 miles to get there and try my luck.
There were more people there than i would have thought for a Monday, even so i didn't have any problems with anyone there. Just walking, no racing for me, really didn't being lapped by so many, maybe cause so many were very nice.
Up one set of stairs, down the other will give you 293 Stairs. I wanted 2 "Laps", but hoped for 3....I did 4. But then decided to do a half lap up the longer side (168 stairs) and like a fool, i went to the top and back down with a day total of 1,508 Stairs.
Today is the 20th & I hurt; getting out of a chair hurts, going up and down stairs in house hurt, but I'm damn glad i did 5 trips up and down.
I will be back and will try and break 2,000 stairs.

Decently marked trails. Even in wet weather, the trails don't get too muddy. Lots of equestrian activity.

I did the total yellow loop. Very nice trail, but be careful after heavy rain. It is clear that lots of parts flood after a storm. Give it a couple days and it will be ok. I went on a Sunday and traffic was low to none in some parts. Very nice interaction with trail runners, hikers, and horse riders. This trail must be very beautiful when foliage blooms in a month or so. I highly recommend it!

Nice trail make sure you wear boots if it's wet out.

Lovely trail

First time on this trail. More of a walking path than hiking trail. Well traveled by joggers, walkers and bikers. Good if your looking to get some miles in. Very urban

This is a lovely trail with little rivers and pretty scenery. There's hilly terrain and I went during the winter so parts of the trail were icy. I got lost trying to do the full loop. The trail can intersect with a nearby trail if you aren't paying attention. So I suggest using this app to stay on course.

Awesome!-started and ended at the stairs-115...cute little cafe with healthier snack choices. Definitely plan on coming back again. There was a good amount of people on the trail and quite an abundance on the stairs.

Did this trail yesterday with the boyfriend and it's a very nice and fairly quiet trail. We did the super old stairs too. Maybe just because of the time of year. It was very muddy and icy as I see noted by another hiker. I recommend some waterproof boots or proper hiking shoes. I like that there are a few offshoots. Since it is a horse trail as well, watch out for little "road blocks". I look forward to going back again in the Spring and summer.
