Bear Lake State Park is located in a high mountain valley in the extreme southeast corner of Idaho. Often referred to as the "Caribbean of the Rockies" Bear Lake is 20 miles long and is shared by Idaho and Utah. There are so many activities that you can enjoy at Bear Lake State Park, both summer and winter recreation opportunities, where you can play, swim, fish, rent a boat and camp out. The minerals (calcium carbonate) suspended in the waters, help to create Bear lake's spectacular blue water. Bear Lake State Park Fees: Motor Vehicle Entry Fee $5 per vehicle Serviced camp site $20-$25 per night Standard camp site $12-$21 per night Group camp $115-$127 per night Primitive group site $75-$83 per night Serviced group sites $115-$127 per night
