Quinebaug Lake State Park is located in the town of Killingly, Connecticut. The state park offers opportunities for fishing and non-motorized boating on Wauregan Reservoir. This is great place to paddle a canoe/kayak, go fishing or hike the trails around the lake. There is a designated swimming area but no lifeguards.
