Overgrown... :(

This is an easy dog friendly and family friendly hike. It's a short 2.1 mile hike that is so green and lush in May that it makes one think that they are in Ireland. The parking at the trail head is very limited. We found room for 1 car only!! See included Photos. The plaque on the huge boulder near the end of the hike was a nice touch.

I wish I could give this a 3.5 stars. It's nice, not great, no outstanding features but the fern beds everywhere are nice. You're also very unlikely to see anyone else while you're out there.

Amazing felt like I wasn't even in CT! Worth veering off the path.

Loved this little hidden gem! Something to see at every turn.

As a nature reserve, this is a wonderful place to take a walk around. Sometimes the path was obstructed by fallen trees or brambles - not surprising as I went in early spring and there probably hasn't been a good opportunity to clean up after winter. The brook is absolutely lovely. Trail is alright.

A pleasant nature walk that was 2.2 miles by my gps. It took us 1 1/2 hours to do the loop with stops for photos along the way. It begins with a drop to the brook and then an easy climb back up to the ridge top. Lots of flowers and bird songs. Wear boots, it can get muddy in places.
