Always beautiful view of Longs, Twin Sisters, Estes Cone and of coarse Lily Lake. A bit breezy. Don't forget doggie friendly!

Beautiful day. Trail was in good shape. Snow mostly melted. Wear layers.

Lots of mountain bikers out today. Beautiful location! Great weather for a hike.

Great fall day for a hike. No snow and mild temperatures. Just make sure you bring your trekking poles as there are areas that are very steep where the poles become invaluable. Also, recommend the Western (Meadow) approach to Grey Rock. Way more scenic.

Great Day on trail. Dog loved it. It was windy on top. Beautiful views. No snow on the trail. Water up top had some snow and ice. Parts of the trail were difficult to follow as mentioned in description. The meadows (trail 947 - western trail loop) were a perfect spot for a picnic lunch. Meadows on top of Grayrock were a fun surprise.

Hiked on 11/9 in the morning, just to the reservoir and back (not the whole loop). Beautiful views from the reservoir but very windy, could barely stand up. Since it’s a road in the summer the trail is very wide and open! Nice little hike, especially in the winter when it is quiet!

Hiked on Nov 15. Love this trail, the views are incredible! Went up the grayrock summit trail and down the meadows trail (beautiful views at sunset). Closer to the summit it does get unclear for a bit where the trail continues & there’s lots of paths that lead to nowhere but then there are some trail signs as you get closer! Clocked 8.8 miles in 3.75 hours on my Fitbit including breaks and going off the trail a few times!

Nice trail by the river with great views! A little icy and muddy but what you’d expect this time of year. Not too crowded for a Sunday in November with nice weather. We’ll definitely go back!

Still a great place but dogs pulled too much. Snow and no more pretty leaves. Cora's first adventure! She had fun.

The gate was open last weekend but got stuck in my AWD SUV twice trying to get to the trail due to the deep snow on the road. Thank you again to the awesome people that helped get us going again! Excited to try the trail when the snow is gone!
