My favorite trail I’ve been on in CO! The views were amazing and the hike was pretty easy. Each lake you hit is beautiful. It was pretty heavily trafficked but worth it for those views.

this trail was amazing. tons of fun and really not that hard. first trail I have intentionally hiked. trail was traveled heavily but I know exactly why. the views are breath taking! pictures on my IG @ real_hambone covid rules make it hard to enjoy but overall it was a special time for my wife and I.

Well documented trail so I don’t know that the world needs this review. Only knocks against it are that it’s crowded (obviously) and that it’s hard to sit and rest due to the high amount of chipmunks, which ties back to the crowds. But it’s hard to complain about the scenery and ability to see four lakes in four miles. Highlight for me was seeing the Greenback Cutthroat Trout in Dream Lake. Relatively rare and beautiful fish in clear waters.

Love this trail! Few people because of access restrictions. Started early to make it out before afternoon thunderstorms, which is fairly typical. Bit of a stair stepper on the latter part of the trail. Saw a momma and baby moose on the way out.

since the west side trail is no longer there and the parking lot was full we did this easy east side hike up to the waterfalls.

Great but challenging hike for a family. Youngest was 6 years old and elevations about did her in.

I enjoyed this far more than Emerald Lake. Less people, better view. Wind was intense but that was part of the fun. Easy hike, we did it right after Emerald Lake.

Lakes on lakes on lakes! Relatively easy hike with tons of good views. We started around 5:30a but there were still tons of people, especially going down. Great hike to start a trip out with.

Bear, Nymph, Dream and Emerald. Beautiful hike. I'm not in shape, but was able to get to the top with only a few stops. absolutely gorgeous!

Easy hike, not moderate. We hiked with a 6-year who enjoyed the boulders at Lake Haiyaha.

Really a great trail. Beautiful views of the lakes. Plenty of shade, not too difficult incline. There’s just a ton of people

100% recommend this hike. We did it as our first hike at elevation as an easy way to get acclimatized and it was perfect- gorgeous views, plenty of animals, well-maintained trail, and three lakes for the price of one! I’d rate it as “easy” instead of “moderate”, there aren’t any tough inclines and it’s a fairly quick out and back not counting stopping for views. It rained on our way up and the trail held up just fine. Definitely a popular destination, about 75% of folks were wearing masks.

Great. We started at Glacier Gorge. Parking was full at Bear lake so starting at the Gorge (via shuttle) was less traffic. Beautiful views

The incline was steeper than going to emerald, but the payout was 1000x better! A true turquoise lake just past dream! It was a dream to see. The scramble was a little scary for a novice hiker like myself. I will definitely take all of my friends to see this lake again.

My favorite lake/scenery of our trip! So gorgeous and peaceful! It was a crowded hike, but worth it at the top! Take binoculars and you might be able to see some climbers way up high above the lake!

Lots of people, but such a beautiful hike and lake! Keep going up to see Emerald Lake also, well worth it! Parking was difficult mid morning, we ended up at the Park-n-ride lot and took the shuttle. It was a quick ride on the way there, but when we left the area at 2, it was a long wait for the shuttle back down. Such a cool area over all!!

Such a fun trail! My husband and I went this past weekend and it was amazing. We stopped at Dream then continued on. As others have said, it’s a pretty steep ascend from Dream. I have a heart condition so I took plenty of breaks, but I was able to complete it! We are moderately in shape, but not from the area so the altitude was ultimately our downfall. Overall I’d highly recommend. We did the hike in gym shoes, but when we go back we’re planning on investing in hiking boots.
