this trail was a lot of fun. lots to see. the sights were interesting but the trail was easy. theres some paths that stray from the trails which I would call light scrambling. worth going.

Great hiking. Hard to follow actual hike trail and ended up doing over 4 miles but so pretty. Good challenge and beautiful scenery.

Beautiful formations, views. Even the quarry is cool to look at. Watch for mountain bikers.

Good little jog with the dog. Nothing exciting. Lots of options to veer off in any direction.

What a wonderful Full Moon Harvest morning

This rating is for all the trails. This park was a lot of fun. Watch out for hikers. It’s cool to see the rock climbers as well.

Great up trail then a super fun downhill. Can be done in an hour or less.

A great hike! Starts out at Sand Canyon then take Round up Trail to Red Rock canyon trail and back to beginning. Great views along the way.

Beautiful trail! The lake is breathtaking!!

such a fun trail for some active women who wanted to get out for the morning. I have to work later so we didnt want anything too tough or sweat-inducing. this was perfect! got active and beautiful views but still more to do the rest of the day!!

Not very scenic compared to some of the other trails I've hiked around CO. The Rim Rock trail is not very well marked and at one point GPS was out - another couple strayed from the Palmer loop that we met on trail. Not much shade either. Unfortunately I forgot a hat and it was 95 degrees on the trail. On the upside, the trail itself was easy to hike

Good hike for the kids!

Great wide path for big groups, easy hiking with lots of side spots for kids to explore. Bring some bread for the ducks!

Great, leisurely hike! So much to see. Great views, an old quarry, and some nice valley trails too (Roundup trail)!

What an awesome city park! We made over 6 miles out of a series of trails. Beautiful scenery, great views

Fun place to just chill out in the grass by the pond, hike, or picnic.

This was a good trail for a family with a 2 year old and a 9 year old dog. the toddler spent most of the time in the toddler carrier back pack but he could walk on it too. It got really hot though. Much of it is in the sun (mid July 10am)

Went on a Friday at noon and there wasn’t another person in sight when I arrived. Had my three dogs with me and they really enjoyed it as well.

It wasn’t overcrowded at all which is how I like it when I am hiking. Beautiful place and well kept.

This is an easy walk, great for dogs and families. Was a good warm up for heading up into the mountains for more elevation

Too many people and dog crap not picked up.

Great trail! Got the heart going in some places with the steady incline. Kid friendly. My 9 year old loved climbing on some of the rocks. There’s some shade here and there but I’d say mostly in the sun. For the dog lovers, there’s a fenced in area for your dog to trail walk without a leash. Great views of the Garden of the Gods. Signs say no swimming but it would have been nice to hop in the water to cool off. I’d go again to explore the area more.

I really enjoyed this hike. Great variety of surroundings and landscapes. Some parts of this trail feel like Garden of the Gods Lite with all of the cool rock structures! Just keep in mind there is VERY little tree cover. Easy/moderate difficulty.
