Trail was dry and sunny. Great workout with the elevation, a little slippery coming back down in some sandy spots.

Short steep and sweet! Easy to follow trail. Dry today (Nov 16) Alternates between steeps and flats. Not a spectacular summit but the views are great and the short scramble to the top Is fun.

Wow that was tougher than expected. Roughly 2 mile out and back (4 total) that took us about 75 min each way. Views from the top are great, you can see all of Denver and the big boys out West but hot damn, it is a thigh burner! Dog friendly but make sure they are comfortable on rock as the last .5 mile is somewhat of a scramble. Would recommend on a nice spring or fall day as there is little to no shade. But overall great hike if you’re looking for something on the front range that is a challenge.
