Yes, part of this trail is private property. The most scenic and fun sections are the E/W trail and Highlands Point (Do the upper loop clockwise and Tenderfoot/Badlands is mostly downhill super fun flowy single track). Not sure it's worth traveling for, but I ride these trails frequently from my house, very enjoyable for being so close and convenient.

Also, not sure how everyone rates these rides - technically- these trails are easy, but 11 miles - especially in the heat of summer can take its toll.

County part of the trail was a nice path. Dissapointing that the trail trails are restricted access. Just quick out and back as it wasn't worth getting too wet in the drizzle.

I own property that allows me to access the trails. There is a fee for it.

I should have given this trail 5 stars, if I would have been able to access the entire trail. The “no trespassing” signs that prohibit people who don’t own property in the area from accessing many of the trails, made me feel unwelcome. Other than that it is beautiful flowy trail.

I'm local and wanted a close outing today so I chose this trail. Definitely a good running/easy biking trail. I was just disappointed that much of it is next to a gated community and many of the trails are within that area, not for public use (signs not to go trespassing). Not to mention the barbed wire fencing framing the trails you can use.

Good for running/biking training, not great for the scenery.
