Amazing on a sunny day. More crowded than I’d expect for a Tuesday during shelter in place. Hard to maintain 6ft in some places

On a perfect weather day, it is hard to beat the Lands End coastal Trail. So much to see in such a gorgeous setting.

Makes it a lot more scenic if you head west along the Farralones View Trail on top of the ridge, but be ready for a solid uphill climb back to Baquiano. Good connection to Sweeney ridge.

Great trail. A little warm and busy today even though we got there early.

Sections of the trail are paved - easy to social distances. Limited shade. Great views the whole way back down

Very beautiful trail with nice scenic views! The trail is dusty with some loose gravels so highly recommend trail shoes instead of casual shoes. Highly recommend a visit here if you’re in San Francisco!

Nice trail down to Pacifica. Recommended, but bring bug repellent and possibly poles for the downhills.

Parking lot is tiny. The trail itself is easy and extremely beautiful. Easy hike with great payoff :)

This trail was beautiful, my son and I both enjoyed it from start to finish. It is kid friendly, there are two ways to enter the trail. One of them is not stroller friendly. We found parking pretty easily. There is also a lot of people walking their dogs, which if you do not like them then this is not the place for you. I will be going back soon. I loved it.

Solid short hike in SF with views of golden gate. Can be breezy so bring a light long sleeve if you get cold easily. Looking to extend outbound? We walked the nearby community (very clean and not typical SF.......) wrap up the trip with brunch or lunch to go from downtown top spots). Lots of parking on main road if you arrive semi early before noon Cheers

A little technical up due to deep ruts. First five miles hard and in the sun. But from other direction to that point is beautiful redwood grove, shade and good for kid.

Awesome views by the water! The last 0.2 miles of this hike on Timigtac trail is SUPER steep and overgrown. I slipped and fell once just from the steepness and some sliding pebbles underneath my feet. However there are so many different trails at Mori Point that you could easily get down taking a different path.

Love this trail for the beautiful views.. not much mileage but is quite steep at a few places.. have to scramble by cliffs..

8 miles awesome views! We crossed highway twice lol

Good hike! Parking is closed, but there’s residential parking nearby. It would add a mile or so to your total trip. Our total was about 11miles. If you take a left at the start of the loop it was a lot of very slippery, steep downhills. I’d recommend taking a right if you’re up for the incline. It’s still steep, but for less of the distance. The beach is really nice. I’d recommend going off trail for a bit and checking out mori point. They have a cute swing on a tree at the beach. Also they have bathrooms there hallelujah. Take a windbreaker if you get chilly easily too!

Parking is limited. I think the best spot is the Mori Ridge Trail Trailhead

Narrow and busy even during cover-lots of people without face masks and being idiots taking picture blocking middle of the trail.

A trail with beautiful view all across of the pacific and the SFO bay. There is an initial climb up almost for 3/4th mile and then pretty much flat out.

I did not expect this trail to be so steep and in rough terrain. If you bring kids I’d reccommend only if they’re at a least over 6 yrs old. But overall I did enjoy it. It had very nice views to take pics. It’s a short hike (2 miles) but because we stopped so many times for pics it took us over hour. Definitely come in the morning to find parking. By the time we left around 10 parking was full and there’s only a limited amount of spaces.

Main parking lot was closed due to Covid, but we found parking along the street near the Cliff House. The trail was beautiful and had a little of everything, slight inclines and stairs. The break off to Lands End Labrinth was awesome and worth the steep stairs on the way back out. My daughters, ages 13 and 9, were impressed with the views. Definitelyan enjoyable half day!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful hikes in the city. Went today, plenty of parking around the Cliff House. People on the trail but it only felt crowded now and then when the trail narrows in places. Even a good number of folks mulling around on Ocean Beach with patrol driving right by, not asking folks to leave. Wonderful place to visit whether you're a tourist or you live here like us.

The portions of the train on the beach cliffs and up on Sweeney & Mori Ridge were absolutely stunning. And we lucked into amazing weather (it was sunny and actually kind of hot!). BUT: some drawbacks. We started this loop on the beach, rather than at Skyline College. But when we crossed the highway to go up into the ridges, we simply could not find where the Farallones Trail was behind the church! There was a locked gate behind the parking lot and no other sign of a trail. So we continued along the highway a short distanced and found the "Fast Track" trail, which we could tell from the map connected back up with Farrallones. However, this path was extremely overgrown with poison oak. And once we were up on the ridge we discovered we each had several ticks on us. From the other reviews it sounds like Farallones isn't much different of a trail. My friend brought her dog with us on this hike and for the most part it was fine, but there are portions of the beach cliffs trails that are VERY steep and narrow and because of the drop offs she had to keep her dog on leash the whole time. It definitely made it harder to have the pup with us for that part.
