Parking on residential streets only, then walk up to a locked gate. Enter on foot only around the gate. The trail is a paved concrete road leading up to LADWP “private property”. However, the views are incredibly. Ignore the No Trespassing signs in order to go to the top. I wouldn’t call this trail easy as it’s all incline. Moderate is more accurate.

This is not an easy hike. It's starts with an inclined trek up a paved service road. The trail head isn't clearly marked. Once we found it, based on our gps point on the map, the trail isn't well established and the topography is hilly (although it does skirt the area labeled preserve). We ended up turning around due to the level of difficulty and barely visible trail.

Be respectful of the locals. Views of both San Fernando Valley & LA.
