There’s no shade on this loop so choose another trail at Edgewood if you’re taking your dog in the summer. This trail is a great hill repeat workout for running or mountain biking if you do multiple loops.

More of a biking/horse trail that a hiking trail. But still a nice 2 mile walk if you do some add ins.

Good facilities, sunny when the city is foggy, mild rolling hills, wide trails but kind of boring

Lots of sunny areas. Wasn't too hot today but could be on other days.

My dog and I had a lovely stroll! Nice on a cold day because there are a lot of sunny spots!

Convenient to drive to, but a small parking lot. A nice weekend morning destination with all exposed trails for when you need some sun light. However, trails were not marked most of the time, so it was confusing to choose a way at the forks.

great beautiful kids friendly hike.

Loved it! Easy and beautiful.

Bad trail marks, virtually all out in the open so no shade, too many animals and bikers. It should more accurately be called easy not moderate

Beautiful trail too enjoy quality time with your best friend 

Great open trail with lots of different routes. Wild animals (coyotes and bobcats) roam the area so DO NOT let your dog offleash.

Beautiful grassy hills, great for jogging, slightly hilly, must be even nicer when it is green

Exposed trail with nice combination of elevation changes. Good for cool weather running.

Pro, outside. Stellar bathrooms for public park. Not that crowded. Con, not all that scenic/trees and covered the entire map in two hours. There's not a lot of trail distance. Nice little pond.

Very short trail segment off of the main trail, but leads to a secluded beautiful lake view.

Great loop. Keep an eye out for horseback riders. Parking fills up fast on the weekends.

Great place to take your mountain bike. Not to easy but not to hard.

Beautiful hike. Easy to turn it into just a 2 mile loop.

I was worried about mud after all the recent rains but the trails were very well maintained and mostly gravel. Beautiful hike'

Very pretty views and a well-maintained trail. Really nice that I can take my dog. I went on a weekday morning and saw about 15 other people total.

Lots of horse poo on the trails.
Other than that, it's a very nice hike. Pretty views from the top.

Beautiful hike especially in Winter. There are lots of trails in this area and you will see many forks along the way. Because of that we strayed from our path 2-3 times so then we tracked out path using AllTrails app.

We saw rabbits, horses and quite a few birds. There is lake too on the trail.
