Enjoyed hiking part of trail as it was getting dark. Will hike again

Great trail with beautiful views! I hiked this trail while wearing my 19 lb 1 year old and with my 5 year old in tow. Since the leaves have dropped it was a bit harder to see the trail once it got dark. There are trail markers on the trees that helped a lot! This is definitely a trail I would love to do again!

Excellent hike. Moderate as explained. Loop at the end affords two nice views of the lake. Sat at one and enjoyed the score for a bit. The second is off the path a bit and can be seen by the split rail fence. High vis during hunting season may be a wise choice as near hunting area. Weather was beautiful for a hike today, only saw 2 others all day. Well worth the 2 hour hike. Sign at the park entrance indicates free camping after October 31 until park closes.

My second time on this trail, temp was 44 when I started. Sunny so staying warm wasn't too much of an issue (LOL) if you keep moving. No triathlon today, had the trail to myself, met two other hikers. Trail is well maintained, no issues even after recent heavy rains. Only went to mile post table 3 before turning around and changing clothes back at truck. Did Robinson's Point afterwards. Great day, beautiful trail, wonderful smells and colors. Give it a couple weeks and the dogwoods will completely turn.

This was my second hike on this trail, although the temp was about 40 degrees less.. great view from the bluff at the end, trees are changing colors, smells are great. Trail has some new markers, easier to follow. Met 12 other hikers so it must be the season to get out.

Enjoyable hike, easy access, well marked trail. Beautiful view of lake at the loop end.

First time here, started at main parking lot on Robinson Point and went out Robinson Point trail first, then on to Davids Trail. Only made it to the 62/412 bridge and turned around, total was 11.4. Be prepared for some workouts the longer you are out there, lol. Well marked and wide as a country lane....

Very good hike. There were two large trees down in the trail path, from recent storms. Beautiful view off the bluff.

Easy, and not very hilly in or out. I plan to return and take my grand kids (ages 6-8) there.

It was a pretty trail and well maintained. Easy to follow as well. It connects to a larger trail if you want to take that option. The end of the trail has a lake view. It just wasn’t what I was expecting. I was use to more difficult trails.

good trail, picnic tables every mile. tables have a you are here map. no one on the trail while I was there. did a round trip, so it was about 13 miles. wide trail.

good trail, good weather today. well marked. first time I used all trails.

Excellent 3-mile loop. This loop is connected to David's Trail, 17 miles linear, from Robinson Point Road (this trailhead) north to Panther Bay park, then walk across Highway 101 bridge, follow David's Trail north up the east side of Lake Norfork.

Celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary at Robinson Campground. We enjoyed hiking the Point Trail! Beautiful views from the bluff! We decided to explore the caves to the right of the viewing area as mentioned by another reviewer. Beware! There was definitely something occupying it but we didn't stay around to find out what was! Overall a great little hike. Our dogs enjoyed it too!

Slightly technical well marked and it's actually a 4 mile loop if you stick to left turns

Nice trail to hike on with a few options branching off. Nice views from the viewing point; and for the more adventurous hikers you can climb down the right side of the viewing point to discover a small cave system with three caves large enough to crawl inside of, just be careful for any critters living inside.

Pretty easy terrain, except one steep spot with lots of rocks. Definitely recommended if camping at Robinson Point.

This trail is my favorite local trail...It has the most beautiful views of lake norfork lake...there is a "viewing" area...but take the side trails to open bluffs...which supply a wonderful place to be & take it all in...my advise is...once you reach the top of viewing...as you go down, there are several side trails...they do not go very far off trails & the views are breathtaking...would advise you have a had on small children & dogs
