My best friend and I hiked this yesterday and it was really run. A lot of rocks and a few slippery places. There's a bridge that has a max limit of 2 people at a time. There's not a sign telling you that on the way down but there's a sign on the way back. The waterfall is breathtaking. Luckly we've had a lot of rain lately, even sprinkled some while hiking, so the waterfall was full.

This was about as long of a trail as we could do with 4 kids 11-4 but we did it in about 4 hours. It was incredible and one of the best highlights was the grotto. Must do while at petit jean for sure.

This trail was gorgeous from start to finish. Don’t miss The Grotto or The Natural Bridge. 10/10. Can’t wait to come back.

Truly beautiful trail. We took 4 kids from 11-4 and never missed a beat. Don’t let the sign scare you off The view is absolutely worth it.

Fun but short hike. Very nice waterfall.

We hit the weather just right. It stormed and rained several days prior. This morning was foggy but cleared off by noon. The creeks were swollen big time. Lots of water and cascades.

I’ll mirror what someone else said, “it is worth the climb back up”!! You won’t be disappointed for the payoff is spectacular.

Excellent hike! Very beautiful views along the creek. Tread carefully as it is very rocky. My 4 year old walked the whole thing and really enjoyed it.

Absolutely loved this trail!!

Went with my brother in December! Quite cool and humid but got sunnier throughout the day. However, the flat rocks all along the trail were extremely slippery (fell a couple times). Be careful, lol! Great time though - will definitely visit the Petit Jean area again!

Short and easy trail. Very shaded. Waterfall is gorgeous!

This trail. Oh my goodness this trail never ever disappoints me. The light on the moss was like a fairytale Land. I've been here during the summer and was beautiful but I knew if I came during winter I'd see it with its bare Bones. What I mean by that, is the place is naked with no leaves. The canyons are exposed and are just such beauties. I can't say enough how beautiful petit jean State Park is. Explore the other canyons because it will not disappoint you. Explore Explore.

Beautiful trail running along the creek . My wife and I are in our late 50’s and hike occasionally , it was just enough for us . We went down a small section of the boys scout trail to extend it a bit . The temp was in the 50’s , the sky was blue( a perfect January day !) . Loved the beauty of it .
