great hike, beautiful water falls and overlook. pretty empty at 8am in parking lot. very full at 10am when we left

So beautiful, especially once you get along the ridge there are huge boulders that are just sitting along the edge. Awesome scenery and gorgeous overlooks!

I've been wanting to hike this for a long time and, while it was decent, it's not on my list to do again. The trail itself is nice, but nothing to write home about. When you get to a short, relatively steep descent across the little creek, you can go right which will go along the bluff or left (upstream) for a short period, then it will curve around parallel to the other trail and merge just before the Hawksbill Crag if you want an easier trail for some reason. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty nice: sticking out there all by itself. Take turns taking photos of each other. Standing on the crag itself, you don't even know your sticking out over the edge. It wasn't as big or as high as we thought it would be from the pictures we've seen. Again, it's worth doing, check it off your list, but I liked other trails in the area much better.

Great quick hike with many scenic views

Amazing hike to a very scenic overlook of the Arkansas Ozarks! Great photo opportunities at the end :)

Excellent view of the majesty of the Arkansas Ozarks. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the state.

Had the entire place to ourselves which is hard to get on a weekend. Beautiful as always!!

Great place to enjoy the beautiful scenery

Heavy traffic and little parking. Best to go in the winter.

This is a very popular hike so be prepared to share it. With the weather being nice there was a large crowd out which making finding parking a little tougher. The hike itself was an easy hike and well worth the views, one you definitely want to take.

The two waterfalls are gorgeous following rains. The Redbud trees were blooming and that made the scenery spectacular , too.
The map does not show the route to the second waterfall. It is a bushwack to it, but someone has tied pink and orange ribbons along the way. We went in circles a bit, but I marked waypoints on my recording on 3/31/18 if you want to look at that map.

This was my favorite location to date. It’s slightly more dangerous than previous trails but worth it.

Trail could be better. Beautiful lake.

Great on the way there, tough on the way back up. The trail isn’t well marked but it’s pretty well trafficked you can figure it out.

When you get to the trail, you will park on the side of the street with the sign marking the OHT. However, the trail actually starts ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD. There is another trail that starts in the same side as where you park, but that is not this trail. It’s well maintained and not terribly challenging. You will be up in the mountains, but there wasn’t a ton of stuff to see. Still I nice walk though.

great trail

Great trail!! The hike isn't too tough unless you're out of shape like me.

We hiked out to the Hawksbill Crag this past week. It was a very enjoyable hike. It was not very difficult, about 3.2 miles with about 100 ft of ascent. My 4 yr old daughter handled the hike without issue. The view from the Crag was something to behold. Highly recommend this hike.

When we arrived there were only a few cars at 8:30am, and we saw minimal people in passing on the way in. Then on the hike out, they came in by the droves! But I don’t blame them, the views of creation are beautiful from this trail.

It was a scenic hike, but lots of people on this trail after 10am.

Waterfalls, beautiful rock formations and not too bad of a hike!! Perfect

The hike was easy and beautiful. I’ve been in different seasons and all are lovely.

So beautiful. Go after a good spring rain for some nice falls! First mile or so of hike is very easy, almost boring. Once you cross the creek, it starts to get better with views.

An amazing hike! I enjoyed the day immensely. Thank you to Steve Singleton and NWA Hiking Group for leading us.

Great hike today! With all the rain this week the waterfalls were flowing. Made the creek crossings more adventurous but was a great hike! One of the harder hikes I’ve been on in the area offering some steeper inclines/declines. Beautiful hike and will be back!

There is more to this trail. Look for hidden trails and waterfalls.

Beautiful in the winter, wide well marked path, and nice falls with great climbing rocks. The road getting there was a pain. Rocky, narrow lane, with sliding gravel.

We hiked this trail after hiking Centerpoint/Goat Trail. Not a very difficult hike and much shorter in distance than Centerpoint. Several spots away from the point to make camp. Very scenic and makes for excellent photography. As always, I recommend camping. I suggest doing it away from the point though as there are several people that hike it early in the morning.
