Hikes this trail today (5/10/18) with a class of 4th graders.

Easy hike..paved half way with solid dirt trails.

Last portion are cut out rock steps and a few large boulders.

Gentle incline kn several spots.

A lot different from 20 years ago when I was here last.

Easy hike, go during the week. Usually overly crowded on the weekends. Rude city hikers, trashing trails, trashing rest sites instead of walking 5ft to a trash can and trampling vegetation off the trails.

easy hike nice all around. the waterfall area is a great place to chill.

Clean Trail with plenty of views. There was no waterfall to be seen as it was so dry, however. To and from took about an hour and fifteen

Lots of birds tending to the many wildflowers in bloom on the cacti. A very nice overlook on a field of Sagauro s early in the hike is the highlight.

A great medium difficulty trail! It was a cool, breezy day—just perfect. If you’re there in the summer, try to get there early in the morning. Although there are many benches to rest on, there is very little shade.

The first part is pretty level, and you don’t start climbing until almost 2 miles out. Once you start climbing up the rocks, there will be some shade in the morning.
Saw my first rattle snake this morning.

love the new experience

paved and well marked beginner's trial. To catch the waterfall, there must be rain the previous day.

early morning track, its too hot in the afternoon due to no shade in summer

very easy trail. mostly paved. there must be heavy rain in order to have the waterfall flowing. good for kids. this is a popular trail so there are quite a few people coming and going.

Nice, easy hike, pretty scenery but crowded. Nice after a rain when the waterfall is running.

Easy, family trail. Great for young kids. There is also a small playground just across the street of the trailhead entrance.

Easy and scenic. If you think about it, casually walk past petroglyphs is pretty amazing. Take your time and look at them.

super easy, short and sweet trail. the water fall wasn’t flowing when we visited but the rocks and the views were still beautiful.

Easy stroll, great views and pictures.

Nice to take the kids out for a walk. It's really pretty there too. The trail connects to others so you can keep going if you'd like. Saw maybe two others when I went in the morning.

Easy family friendly hike. Very popular so come early to avoid the crowds.

Wanted an easy hike just to get out of the house and got just that. the falls weren't running, but it was still nice to see and felt good to get moving. Definately more of a nature walk than anything, and would recommend for just that.

Nice easy hike!

Good trail! This trail has heavy traffic but it is easy for family. We enjoyed it

an easy mostly paved hike. great for kids and families or just a little light exercise.

Very easy scenic trail. Perfect for all levels. No Waterfall on day I went.

Fun easy hike for the family

Nice early morning hike. South trail loops back to side road. There you can walk back to the parking lots. Noticed several water spigot.

Beautiful hike! We loved it. Mostly flat terrain but some hills to climb that my 6 and 8 year old boys enjoyed.
