Ok, easy hike. Our 4 & 5 yr old boys did just fine too. Lots of flowers. Ponds of water at the end, some had tadpoles. Many bees near water, but were not interested in ppl at all.

great! easy in, easier out. my kids, 3 and 6 did great. bring an ergo or tula for those 3 and younger.

Beautiful and kids love this one!!!

Great hike, the last 1/4 mile is a scramble but worth it

was a nice hike, nothing hard about the trail, nice gradual hills, nothing strenuous, nice scenery, little stream added to make for a nice walk in the park!!
not much shade, so come summer, it'll be hot!!

Beautiful views and a great cave, but not moderate if you do whole trail. No shade, so do it really early. Thank goodness for the encouragement of Boy Scouts or I may have quit the last quarter mile. You will use all of your water on this one. Agree that the trail was poorly marked. We were easily diverted multiple times. Usually trails are much easier to follow than this one. We did see a rattlesnake along the way, so use caution since the vegetation is heavy.

Great hike. While there were many people on the trail for a Saturday, it never felt crowded. Take your time and enjoy all the views on the way up. Going down you will see your feet.
