nice scenery..alot of soft rock and loose rocks hiking up small mountains..another thats more for biking. buta nice day outing for sure..very easy a walk in the park

I was on 100 for a short time yesterday, starting on 8 and then swinging over to a parallel trail and then on to 100. I have been meaning to go back to 2 Bit Peak, which I found once from 100 and another time from Piestewa Peak Park, though I didn't find that yesterday. I just meandered for a time on 100 and then jumped on 1A and headed back to parking. 100 is essentially a long, flat trail, with plenty of connectors for more challenging hiking. It's pretty anyway, and does provide a long walk through the desert. One time I drove to Tatum Drive, parked at Tomahawk Trail, and then hiked to Piestewa Peak Park and back. A good 6 miles one way. I am determined to find 2 Bit Peak again, so will spend more time on 100.

Easy casual hike on fairly flat landscape.

Very private trail which was nice. Plenty of trails to choose from to shorten or lengthen your walk. One hill to climb on the trail we did.

Parking is limited and in a neighborhood. Trail was very hard to find at first. Not marked at all and lots of trails intermix. Once I got started it was a great hike! Uphill climb with great views!

Moderate level trail. Nice hike. Few parking spots so arrive early.

Excellent trail for the beginner, very moderate slopes and few hills. There are areas of terrain that are rocky and unstable. Great views from all around.

It’s a high trafficked Trail. I took my dog, and she loved it. It’s great for families, as well. VERY HARD TO FIND PARKING. You have to have good luck from the parking Gods to get in that tiny lot.

This is a good trail! I think the hike has more than one name- at some point there’s a sign that says two bit peaks. It’s a moderate to hard hike that has great views of both Piestewa and Camelback.

Good hike. Gets more interesting once you get further into. Probably shouldn’t say this but once you get to the saddle high point there is an unofficial trail south up to the top of the ridge for some great views.

this trail does not exist. nothing posted; several people I asked knew nothing about Dixie Peak. Only signs posted were for Trail 100.

Nice views and a great mix of incline and flat areas. Lots of rocks so wear good shoes especially if going up the 220. Beautiful and took about 2 hours to loop while enjoying the scenery.

Nice area especially once you start heading up. I’m new to the area, wish I could have figured out a loop to go back a different way. I’m sure there are several.

Nice bits of rock/stone and up n down. GPS necessary if you want to stay on these loops; not well marked; many other trails branch off hither n thither n yon. Better views n more secluded on E side.

nice way to start the year.

good mixture of flat areas and inclines

Pretty much all the trails loop back around, yeah it might be hard to follow the EXACT trail, but honestly what’s the fun in that? Relax and let the trail take you and choose your own adventure... getting a little lost is fun and I mean you can see the highway and civilization from anywhere on these trails, so it’s not like you’re really lost...

Great if you want a long hike that isn’t very hilly.

Hard to find trailhead off Tatum Boulevard. Very small parking area with maybe 4 spots. Easy walk with some shade in beginning and then it opens up nicely with lots of trail options. Nice and quiet, not too populated.

Great moderate hike. Don't leave anything in your car. Two cars had windows broken and purses stolen.

Nice place to go on small hikes in Phx. Only downside was there are a lot of mountain bikers so you are constantly getting out of their way.

Really nice trail for a short and sweet hike within the city. Nice little baby inclines to get the heart pumping but not very challenging all together. Pretty typical desert views—lots of cholla and saguaro. Intersects with the Ruth Hamilton if you want to push a bit further .

Really nice, easy meandering trail. Not well marked, but nice for a wandering noncommittal hike.

Beautiful scenery, but this trail is not easy to follow, thankfully I used the gps on this app to follow the trail but still very confusing.

A lot of the signs and posts are worn or missing so be careful. I went off trail but ended back up on 100 eventually

Starting from Mountain View Park at the north end of 7th Ave, this is an easy going 5 mile loop. It would be an excellent trail run.

A great moderate hike. Can be crowded at times but usually not an issue Nice gradual change from a flatter, wide trail down low to a narrow and steeper terrain higher . Love this hike Only negative is parking

Great easy to moderate hike with a little elevation too. Great quick hiking, and pet friendly.
