I wouldn’t consider this a hike, more of a lookout viewpoint. Very crowded, but interesting to see.

Too many photo shoots, elbow to elbow crowds, hardly a 5 min walk.

Very over crowded on the weekends. Fun view from the hole in the rock.

Lovely trail to walk around and play on the rocks.

Over crowded on the weekends. Definitely try to get here early in the day!

Easy

“Hike” with Mary, Kathy and Kurt.

Combo of 5k loop and side trails, hard to stay away from busy roads but great scenery :)

Good monkey park

Not a very exciting trail. Very easy. There is a lot of road noise and it’s right next to the golf course, as well as the airport and national guard, so it’s not a peaceful area. It’s nice to be able to get outside and off the pavement though. This would be good for kids or people who need easy terrain. There are lots of trails, official and otherwise, so it’s not clear if you are on the actual trail or not, but it’s all connected and the trails are all very visible so it would be difficult to get lost.

Short and easy hike. Not difficult for most children. Beautiful view for the sunset but very crowded.

Nice little local hike. Had to park across the street and walk over to the trailhead. Combined this with part of another to go around the peak for a total of about 4 miles.

Super easy, short walk. High traffic

Great little hike around the papago Park area! I loaded the map into this app, but actually didn't really need it because it is very well marked. At one point there is a trail marker that says the 5K route goes off to the right, but don't go that way, just stay on the paved path and you'll be fine.

Very pleasant walk with nice views of the red rock Buttes as well as the Papago golf course. The trail is not very well marked so we ended up making up our own route including adding a bit of elevation. We spent about 1.5 hours of leisurely wandering the trails. Be aware there is no bathroom at the trailhead and very little privacy for a pit stop! Would recommend if you don’t have to drive too far- we enjoyed it more than we thought

Quite a challenge to stay “on trail” with so many spurs and intersecting paths. Watching for metal posts was more help than navigation. Had the trails mostly to ourselves 7:30am on a Saturday morning.

Nice bike , but tons of dog poo. Like obstacle course amounts. Some was even bagged and then put on the side of the trail. There are sections that stunk with dog poo.

Short, busy, good payoff. My kids loved it!

Nice walk. Doesn’t require hiking boots. Children and wheelchair accessible with some dirt trails that were easy going. Multiple places for short uphill one way to buttes with pretty views Very easy to easy trails

So fun and pretty! Lots of fun ways to make it your own. It’s populated but I enjoy that for taking breaks and people watching. Taking the large outer loop is very flat and beginner friendly, but again, tons of inter trails if you prefer more up and down exploring.
