Beautiful walk . dogs must be kept on leads .

lovely sea view walk . also a nice lake walk on way back . reef rock is a dog friendly bistro , nice for a stop and a bite to eat . I walked from Barton On Sea ... approx 12kms.

Amazing trail with information on the tall trees. lots of other trails to follow for a longer new forest walk

Easy 10km, though a little confusing along the shore - it was high tide at the time and seemed like there wasn’t going to be a path all the way around but I’m glad I chanced it as it was mostly fine. You do have to climb over some tree trunks along the shore but it’s such a beautiful spot that it was well worth it. Also the last turn off from the road to the field was pretty hard to spot due to overgrowth, it was mostly just a hole in the bushes that you have to climb through.

Lovely walk. Very popular with dog walkers and cyclists.

We live locally and this is our favourite walk come wind or sun. A beautiful easy walk along a stoney spit connecting to Hurst Castle. You can walk all around the outside of the castle though you have to climb over a tall groyne using the ladder. Take a book and a nice lunch and sit by the castle.

Lovely walk next to the river

very short but good for an evening after work to see the tree and the local deer

Very pretty and great English Heritage visit of the Castle, plenty of birds to observe if you have binoculars as well

Great trail for the novice. Woods to beach, meadows, tilled fields, wildflowers, wildlife, something for everyone.
Good cutoffs to other footpaths. Some of the trek is on hard surfaces roads, some on rock country lanes, some through marsh and mud.

Fun easy walk along the river. Shipbuilding towns with semiconductor vistas and two charming villages.
