Difficult terrain with pretty good elevation gain (for being southern Sweden which is pretty flat). mix of quarry, rocks, forest, lakes. can take a swim at Klåveröd if you'd like.

Nice hike with great views of the valley and surrounding landscape. Takes about 2.5-3 hours to complete. Great viewpoints along the way that are noted on the maps provided at the park entrance. Easily accessible by public transportation. Restaurant at the visitor center.

Absolutely fantastic hike! My husband and I went clockwise (the hard uphill stairs first) and were almost immediately rewarded with an amazing view from a razor cliff. Though the beginning was tough, the rest was smooth hiking until you went down into the valley where the rocks could twist your ankles, so I'd recommend poles. There's plenty of bridgewalks and puncheons, so no worries after the rocks. Just a stunning hike in early spring, but it would be incredible in the high colors of fall.
