Wonderful hike. Not too difficult for kids over 5 as well. Had a wonderful day. Try to avoid the rain for parts of it may be slippery.

Experience required. Was advised to traverse E-W and did so but plenty others on the ridge going W-E finding it no easier. Not to be tackled alone

A nice quick hike up and back with some gorgeous views. I would recommend to the casual traveler looking for a nice morning activity on their trip along the west coast. The car park can get packed and would just caution to not expect a solitary hike. Have fun and enjoy the views.

More or less the same view all the way along the trail. My gps was not working, no any phone coverage on the trail So I didn’t know where this trail ended as there is no any marking. I kept walking. I’m glad I did as the view at the end over Glen Etive all the way down to Loch Etive is stunning.

Path all the way but suddenly it brakes into two different paths . You need to cross the river but there is no signs or anything and there is a path on the side you are already on which takes you nowhere. Very confusing and bad path making . Cross the stream when you come up to a little beach of sorts .

Be prepared with a serious map/gps watch. Got off trail many times and couldn’t find our way back. Gorgeous hike but definitely more for an experienced hiker. Rock scrambles were no joke!! My watched said we ended up doing 10.84 miles and over 4700’ of elevation gain

Nice views of woods and clearings. Beautiful wild flowers!

What a hike! First section was a doddle but that scree towards the top was less than enjoyable. Good payoff to get over that lip before heading up to the summit. Stunning views on a clearly day 1st July. Luckily the clouds cleared by the time I got up there. The second peak was a little daunting as I wasn’t familiar with the route and the weather was a little up and down. Followed my nose for a bit to decide if I was going to double back but the path was clear the whole way up and again the whole way down into the glen. Lots of water if around on the way down if you fancy a quick splash and a drink. Only issue with the water is that the path steps over a couple of burns. It was just manageable for me today but I think it would be easy to get caught out in a particularly wet month. A must do hike! You won’t regret it

Nice short walk for relaxing after the bigger hikes.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hike. The path is fairly easy to follow, the decent down took a little longer than we expected. Walking through the valley was our absolute highlight. It took us roughly 7 hours with several stops.

Beautiful, moderate hike. A few short rock scrambles that can be slippery. We camped in the valley overnight and surprisingly were the only people. Even at midnight, we could still appreciate the views of the valley from the almost full moon!

Wow! What a trek. This has all the views, going up, on top, and coming down. Serious rock scrambles, different terrain, everything. This one pushed us!

Quite a few people on the trail, but it didn’t feel crowded. Amazing views despite the typical Scottish weather.

Fun, quick hike that gives you a taste of Glencoe terrain. Midges were very active beginning if June.

One of the highlights of our trip to Scotland. Very rewarding views from the top. We parked at the East trailhead, walked to the West trailhead and started from there. This allowed us to end at the car which worked well. There is a significant amount of loose rock to navigate on the descent, but nothing too crazy.

instead of taking the path on the right after the white house, I went left and ended up climbing massive cliffs to the top of Etive Mor. Was absolutely amazing!
