Best wildlife trails in Rondane National Park, Norway

The trail from Mysusæter to Peer Gynt Cabin follows a small gravel road and is easy to follow. The trail itself offers great views of the Rondane mountains and the surrounding area. This hike leads you to ono of the highest mountains of the Rondane Mountain Range. From the top, you’ll experience wide-ranging views three national parks: Rondane, Dovrefjell, and Jotunheimen. The trail begins from Strømbu rest stop and is well-marked. As you pass the tree line, the terrain becomes increasingly steep and rocky.
