Explore the most popular trails in Gunung Pulai Recreational Forest with hand-curated trail maps and driving directions as well as detailed reviews and photos from hikers, campers and nature lovers like you.

Gunung Pulai Recreational Forest is known for rainforests and large amounts of biodiversity. This forest is filled with tall trees such as kempas and sugar palms which makes majority of the hiking trails covered in shade. Also, keep an eye out for monkeys and lizards while trekking around the park. Gunung Pulai features Mount Pulai, a popular mountain with gorgeous viewpoints and a small but quaint waterfall. The summit to Mount Pulai can be done in two different ways, there is a jungle trail and another which is partially paved. The jungle trail is more difficult, but hikers say it's more rewarding once they reach the top.
