#6 - Creste della Val di Concei
Rete di Riserve Alpi LedrensiLength: 15.1 mi • Est. 11 h 18 m
The itinerary, nice in hand, is intuitive and simple: from Val di Ledro take the road to Val di Concei and the town of Lenzumo. You park just outside the village, more or less at the signs that indicate the relevance of the paths for the Rif. Pernici or Bocca Tratt (we parked a little further, at the entrance of the path for Monte Cadria). From here, if you look at the orography, you immediately realize that you are at the center of a natural amphitheater whose green peaks always oscillate between 1800 and 2200 meters. Once you reach the first one, there is nothing left to do but set off and follow the profile drawn by nature for the next 25km. We climbed from the side of Monte Cadria - 2254mt (the highest peak of the day) and then clockwise followed the sharp rocky edge towards the Rock of Campei, Corno di Giù, Bocca dell'Ussol, Gaverdina, Dosso della Torta , Mount Tofino, Corno di Pechea and Mazza di Pichea ..... In two words a magnificent ride which in the first half was long exploratory, on traces of a path that time and luxuriant nature now tried to conceal and, in the second part, it showed clearly the trace of the many passages and evident the fact that it is a very popular and popular place (especially by the "locals").
