Beautiful hike on this summit peak of the Orco, Valsavaranche and Val di Rhemes valleys. Magnificent the alpine scenery of the Gran Paradiso national park with lakes and glaciers that dominate the landscape. From the top you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the 4000 from the Bianco al Rosa, the Cervino, the Grivola and the Gran Paradiso with its smaller peaks. The climb does not present particular difficulties even though in this season most of the track was on snowfields that do not give problems if the snow is springing and if there is pest. In any case it is better to have crampons and ice ax in tow. Short stretch equipped with a cord with a passage of about 5 meters with grade II difficulty just below the top.Show more
