Description

Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is made up ancient woodland, farmland, salt marsh, heathland, mudflats, reed beds, shingle beaches and low eroding cliffs along 60 miles of coastline. The area is also home to the estuaries of the Alde, Blyth, Deben, Orwell and Stour Rivers. Visitors can enjoy access to beaches and many well known walks such as the Suffolk Coast Path, the Sandlings Walk and the Stour and Orwell Walk.
