HikingGreat!

Excellent walk. Good paths all the way round. I went anticlockwise and the steps down really tired me out. They're big drop steps and go on for longer than I imagined. I definitely recommend going round clockwise, though the ascent will be pretty steep as a consequence, I think it'd be worth that pain.

Lovely, varied walk but there’s a section of the instructions missing between the steps in the wall and the stop sign...

Absolutely stunning walk. Such a lovely place. Easy to follow route, lots of wonderful things to see on the way! Awesome pubs at the end of the route!! It was a tad slippy at the top of Malham Cove!!

Clockwise allows for a fast but steep ascent and then a gradual, scenic route down. I would definitely recommend and also setting off before 10am to avoid the crowds.

Easy walking with the vast majority on made paths and roads, with only the climb from Gordale to the top of the Cove is "Off Road" and a bit claggy. Limestone pavement at the top of the cove were super slippy... Be prepared!

Great walk. Nice and easy, no steep climbs or descents. Nice even in the rain.

The route out of KS is detoured ‘badly’. Your feet are gonna get wet.... this started as a great route up to nine Standards where it was extremely windy but ta worth it for he views... didn’t expect to find at the top what I did re ‘Diana’. I then took the Oct route to Ravenseat which was extremely boggy knee deep both legs at some points... I arrived at RS hoping to bump into Amelia Owen, alas she was out or hiding. Plodded on to Keld and pitched up at Rukins where I had the chance to shower. Word of caution if anyone a expecting a call to check in. There is no phone signal for 24hrs which was great tbh

Beautiful track with stunning views and waterfall finale. Done clockwise starting from Winder. Last stretch along The Valley back to Sedbergh crosses one caw field but we had no issue. A good 5:45h walk

A good section tbh, think it was because as I’m wildcamping, to arrive somewhere esp in the middle of this covid pandemic where I can pick up supplies is great, I actually continued to Hildyard arms in Colburn to pitch up for the night. Unfortunately it had had to close the day before due to a +covid test. However Bridget was so helpful from the upstairs window and allowed me to still camp and use the campside showers as no one had stayed for weeks and as such was clear as it’s OOB to normal visitors.

Great!Rocky

Great trail, relatively easy walk. One steep climb which takes about 15 minutes max. Some of the path and ro ock is extremely slippy so proper walking shoes is a must. steep set of steps after the limestone path. whole thing was done in 2 hours.

Great walk, but be warned! There are quite a few cows around and some were aggressive. I had to climb over a dry stone wall at one point as cows had blocked the style. Otherwise, really easy to navigate round. Had 4G the entire time too.
