Lovely easy walk. Quite busy. Some good spots to watch the steam trains near Grosmont

great trail

decent trail but be cautious in the sunny weather as there's no shade.

Nice walk with a bit of everything. Lake, woods and a great view when you walk along towards the top path.

Walk from Hole or Horcum car park, to needle point and back. Lots of ascent and descent, but worth it. Views from needle point are beautiful. Lots to do and see on the way including crossing the North Yorkshire moors railway.

We've done this walk several times over the years one of our favourites

walked this path in 2014 the wife's favourite , especially the coast part

Very good walk for the novice.

Steep climb from the car park but worth every step ,amazing views once at the top. Great to see the white horse

Easy flat/level walking in pleasant environment. All footpaths decked so suitable for wheel chairs and prams. Footpath follows the shallow river.

A Lovely walk. There's a variety of flora and fauna to see. The walk to the river was my favourite part.

l did this walk on tues 6/11/2018 used gps tracker for first time and instructions were very clear a very nice walk mainly flat but very muddy in parts would recommend this walk Regards Peter

My first walk using this fantastic app, BRILLIANT.

Superb weather made this gentle ramble even more enjoyable. Don’t normally like to come back the same way but I am making an exception for this walk.

As above problems with the game pen. The OS shows a right of way but the path marked on the OS differs slightly. Next time I will review the advice above with a view to following the exact route. ADMIN UPDATE 26 JUNE 2018: Thank you for confirming that the pheasant pen still sits across part of the footpath. We have updated the walking guide to give an alternative route after the footbridge for walkers that would prefer to avoid this.
