This is a great if challenging at times walk with excellent views and a welcoming dog friendly pub just pas halfway. We had just one issue with 2 Stiles that are not dog friendly. We carried our Labradoodle over each one however if you cannot lift your dog your will have to return to the start. The Stiles are located after you cross the crop field and then turn left and right to join the track to Faccombe.

A very nice walk great views and a great set of directions - we loved it.

Lovely walk through fields meadows and wood tracks

Lovely walk, will be doing this one again, paths were maintained etc. very peaceful!

Beautiful trail for an evening hike.

Nice walk and mostly clear instructions, however in late May there was no clear path across the crop field to Crossways farm, so we had to improvise our way to the road. We went on a weekday afternoon with dogs and the road back to the pub got very busy. Otherwise an enjoyable walk.

Stunning views and countryside...however for someone who may be a beginner to walking it may be more of a moderate than easy walk as some very steep climbs.

A beautiful walk through stunning Hampshire countryside. All paths were well marked and the route was easy to follow. The Jack Russell pub in Faccombe made a good half way stopping point for a cup of coffee. Stunning views from various locations throughout the walk.

nice little hike with not much to see on this one though I'd say this is more easy than moderate happy hiking

Nice one. Great views.

Lovely walk, excellent directions and fabulous food in the Alford Arms. Really enjoyed ourselves despite intermittent showers.

A really easy to follow route, just right length great for an afternoon walk back to the pub for a beer before heading home - thank you

Well nice walk with an L

A very good walk with a few hikes in between - stunning views over various near by villages and towns, loads of greenery and woods, and see the PMs Chequers from distance as well.

Lovely walk - stunning views and some lovely remote tracks / valleys. A couple of slightly hairy road sections, we jogged those to avoid being on them too long!

Lovely walk around chequers some fairly steep climbs

nice walk

like most of them in princes risborough this hike was great. if you go to the right at the beginning you'll go past a very cute pub near the end of the hike James burbidge

Beautiful views, well sign posted. Good variety of terrain.

Fantastic on a sunny day the views are breathtaking

Really enjoyed this hike, it's more road walking than I am usually happy with but the twists and turns through the countryside were worth it. Would probably rate this as more of a moderate hike despite the distance as the terrain is easily trodden and the ascension is very minimal. Overall a great Sunday morning walk in a pretty part of Buckinghamshire. Allow 3-4 hours depending on your pace.

Lovely walk. Clear directions. Good variety from riverside, to lake side, open hillsides, woodland and country lanes.

A great hike with supurb views.

Lovely easy walk and amazing 360 degrees views across countryside. Pub busy so book lunch/roast first.

this is a great hike

Took a party of 21 people on this walk on Monday 15th March 2019 .Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the walk - with good views , different scenery, as described relatively flat and it was not very muddy - which is good for March. Very easy to follow instructions. We had lunch at The Crown & Sceptre, looked after us very well. Whilst the majority were ok regarding their food a couple of people felt that the food was not very good. The Old Chequers is still closed - though there was some work being carried out inside.
