The upgrades made are beautiful. Though it's a short easy trail it's very nice

Easy hike through the oak savanna. Parking at the trail head. Nice view of the canal from the dock at the end.

This whole park was outstanding, so much to explore. We wished we had come here sooner in The summer so we could swim. This trail is nice, then you come to the water, a beautiful site. Do drive around the park, take a whole day or two to explore. We will be returning.

A pretty trail consisting of grass and pine trees. Very flat. There are nicer pinery trails but it still makes for a pleasant walk.

Some nice viewing platforms overlooking the forest are the highlight of this trail. We also saw small snakes, birds and lots of wildflowers. The portion of the trail that is in the muddier portion of the forest is less interesting and seems more buggy as well.

This trail showcases the best Pinery has to offer: oak savannah with sunlight streaming through the leaves ending at a beautiful and isolated beach (the best I saw at the Pinery). The only issue with the beach is that you have to lug all your stuff in and out. But its well worth the walk!
