Beautiful path very wide and flat. Very easy to access and dogs on leash are accepted. There are many flies, so do not forget your bottle of insecticide.

nice trail but tonnes of bugs

I was the only person on the trail on a Thursday afternoon, highly recommend this path for beginners and those who want an easy/peaceful stroll. Make sure you bring bug spray, lots of them in some areas. Lots of shade too

misquitos were mental and the boardwalks a little in disrepair but still stunning. Chipmunks, bluejays, dragonflies and i presume bullfrog song was out in full.

So many bugs! Very nice outhouse by the parking lot.

Trail has some muddy spots still towards the T-S trail stations, and intense mosquito action there, too. Otherwise it's in great shape!

relaxing trail, not muddy, great weather today

great in town trail. as mentioned by previous reviewers sudden appearance of hydro towers a little unsettling. well marked, dry and easy to navigate.

Muddy spots but manageable. Fern were unfolding. Mosquitoes also making a presence.

went when the trail had spots of intense mud but otherwise it's a nice walk.

Good hike with the dog. Not intense but long enough to give you and your dog a good work out.

Went on a dunny day. Beautiful sky and lots of birds

lots of vehicle exhaust

Still snow covered in parts. Very wet in several areas.

March 19th: pretty icy in some areas! Highly recommend snowshoes today :)

Marsh and woods. all flat. well travelled & busy. feed chickadees - they love the peanuts best. some magical spots with huge old trees and mossy shade-dappled nooks.

Easy trail as it is mostly flat. Lots of various trails this you can adjust how long you want to be out there. Trails and waypoints are well marked. Chickadees come easily to feed out of your hands, bring the kids. Do not however leave valuables in plain sight in your vehicle!

Very easy trail, Just outside Ottawa. Very busy, lots of people. Nice sunday afternoon trial, got to bird watch/feed birds. Recommended for young children.

Great place to take a family walk within the city limits.

Near flat so 3 stars as not challenging. It’s definitely easy. But very beautiful! You can make it longer by adding in extra trails.

Very nice and quiet trail but nothing special. Bring seeds so you can hand feed birds especially in winter

Quite flat, easy trail

Nice trail, not too muddy at this time of the year. Some bugs, but I have seen worse. Had a really good time with the girlfriend !! :)

Perfect with kids! We had the chance to skip on wood deck paths, climb tree stumps and fallen branches. Find singing frogs and ready-to-eat raspberries. Of course you are welcomed with notices about ticks and coyotes (which scared the crap of of me) but amazing people with dogs only were met on the trail!
