Nice loop with variety of terrain. I started and ended at park office so loop just over 16 km. It’s spring in the wild so yes mosquitoes ..The wind and dragonflies helped and some bug spray ..I keep moving in the lower areas where most mozzies were so my dog wouldn’t be too bothered..she had a few ticks on her but not a worry as the Bayer flea and tick collar killed them as soon as they landed on her fur..Post hike inspection showed them dried up and fell off when she shook..Frontenac is a great park!

This is one of the nicest trails around Kingston. Probably around 2 hours and lots of bridges, small lakes and squirrels on the trail. Perfect for going around 5 o’clock and coming back at 7 in the evening for a calm temperature.

This is a beautiful, picturesque trail that I always come back to. It's mainly bridges and spectacular views of trees and streams. Best trail for photos in the park. I always come back to this one at the end of my hikes.

This trail connects to other trails and loops throughout the park, and is perfect for creating and planning your own route. Some parts are better maintained than others - watch out for muddy areas and broken bridges.

A fairly nice trail that's well maintained and perfect for entry level hikers! Lots of steps. Saw a few beavers in the lake. Definitely a favourite for a short trip.

This is a great hike, but more of a comment than a review. it is the Tetsmine, not Testmine, trail.

Beautiful hike! Not super scenic but nice to be out in nature. Bugs came out toward the afternoon. Saw lots of chipmunks and some beautiful birds. Bring lots of water!

Trail conditions are excellent! Even the normally boggy section on the north-east side of the loop is fairly dry. Just a gorgeous day for a hike.

Lots of ups and downs

Great trail. Only needs a few more views.

A very short, easy, enjoyable trail.

The trail went through such a variety of landscapes! It was a beautiful trail, though more up and down, with some narrow ledges, than expected. We really enjoyed our hike!

Trail is in decent condition for a cool March day. Some muddy, very wet parts and a few icy patches but is overall good. We did fine without breaking out the spikes but they would have helped in parts. Lovely loop with lots of views of frozen lakes and melting water falling.

beautiful conditions yesterday. the ice fisherman pulling toboggans have created a great base to walk on.cant wait to go back in the spring to see the moving water. very scenic

I did this hike today (in the reverse direction). Didn’t need snowshoes for the first km or two but definitely needed them after that. I blazed the trail around hemlock and it was pretty straightforward to follow trail markers with the odd small detour. Views were lovely, terrain was a bit up and down but not challenging. Definitely a great snowshoe! Took me four hours but I was alone and on a time constraint so I was likely faster than average.

Maybe an inch of snow on the ground. Some icy bits, but the sun melted everything just enough that it wasn’t slippery at all. A beautiful hike!

Trail conditions continue to be stellar. No mud, no bugs. Cedar Lake is a nice, easy trail with a decent variety of scenery and terrain.

Great variety of terrain on a trail. Be careful coming down Moulton Gorge as signs get confusing near the waterfall.

I loved this trail. Little bit of a challenge scaling the gorges. But the views and the camping was amazing. Can't wait to try another trail in Frontenac

Took us about 3 hours with a young child and a senior at a slow pace. Pedometer showed 9.5 km, 11,000 steps so plenty of ups and downs. Very nice hike along the lake with some pretty nice lake views.

Nice and quick, saw a big dog fisher at marker ten!

Perfect trail for a quick hike.

Great varied terrain and views. We just did the Tetsmine loop- in about 3 hours with one short break.
