Very beautiful trail, moderately busy. Nice hills!

It is an easy trail, minimal hills, but also minimal views. Though there is a cool shelter built in part of the woods off the path. This is a pretty busy equestrian trail so you have to watch for the droppings. Also it isn't well marked where Sawmill turns. If you go left instead of right at one of the intersections you end up on Chickadee way which takes you off the loop. The nice part is if halfway through if you're done you can just take McCormack straight down to the main trail office.

Did a 3.7K trail run - it was wet, muddy and rainy, but still a great run!

Awesome workout trail

It’s a quick hike to the falls which are accessible. VERY popular for sure, lots of people there hanging out or taking pictures. Still pretty.

Beautiful forest walk! We did the 0.9 km trail loop from the Heritage trail. Up hill half the way so it was good exercise and the granddaughters loved it!

Amazing cardio workout. Pretty views and beautiful surroundings. Be prepared to get sweaty!!

Love the trail but very grassy in spots my dog got a tick so be careful and check you and your pets!!!!

Wow. Such a wonderful experience.

I did this trail February 2018. I loved it! It's probably more beautiful in the summer. Cambridge waterfall was in the vicinity. It had a few muddy spots. It's also part of the Bruce trail and crossed paths with other trails.

Nice trail, but quite crowded on weekends. It seems to be especially popular with mountain bikers. The trail starts of at a cute trail centre that used to be a train station back in the day; there you can pick up maps (not very detailed) and learn about wildlife, plants etc. of the area.
If you want to get away from the crowds i recommend combining it with the Heritage Trail.

Very nice trail, combined with the Main Loop trail this is probably one of the more worthwhile hiking trails within driving distance of Toronto. It's an easy trail but goes up and down quite a bit, so it's pretty good exercise. I was there on a Public Holiday and even then it wasn't too busy.

Great trail! Lots of wildlife and plant life. Lots of hills. Lots of historical sites as well! Connects with the Heritage Trail on Old Dundas where there is free parking!

Love this trail! It's difficult enough for me to feel accomplished when I am done the trail but not too difficult where I feel I can't complete it. Gorgeous views. Lots of wildlife. And if you park at the entrance by the Mill on Old Dundas St its free parking! Lots of pros!
