Trail running. Single track. Hills.

Beautiful and peaceful pretty private on trails for a Saturday afternoon

Alway take my dog here! It's great that it's leash-free!

Beautiful park with a few nice trails. When it's quiet it's possible to see deer in the park. There is a large outdoor skating rink in the winter and a small farm for kids and animal lovers to explore. You can hear the highway from the forest on parts of the trails.

This park features several short hiking trails. You should note that there's tons of parking - one would suspect that on a Saturday afternoon in July the trails might end up looking more like a downtown street than a nature walk. This park is basically in Oakville and must be a real treasure for residence. There is loud road noise throughout the trails but it's quite lovely and features a working far with lots of opportunity for contact. This would be a great outing for those with little children.

It should be noted that day use for one vehicle and it's occupants is $17

The logging trail passes a historic farm house and working farm, skirts a large rolling field planted with something that might have been soy beans and into the woods. It doesn't loop and presents no real challenges. We did three trails in Bronte Creek Park today, the road noise from the QEW is pervasive throughout the trails but the sights are lovely.

Although Bronte Creek Provincial Park is definitely worth a look especially if you have small children, this trail has nothing to recommend it. It's short, not particularly interesting, and the noise from the QEW is loud and constant.

It's was good fun but it needs more technical single track trails
