Well maintained, but flat and a bit dull. Good for beginners or families with kids, but seasoned hikers should look elsewhere for a challenge and/or scenery.

I camped at Albion Hills Campground earlier this month with some of my family members. We hiked the following day. Very difficult to find the start of the trail behind the chalet. And our main problem was that the yellow and orangey yellow path colours are way too similar. Unless you see them both side by side you will be put off course thinking the orangey yellow is the yellow trail. Why don't they make one of them purple or black or something. Now that we messed up once I think we would do better the next time, but why make it difficult. Generally a great park and good trails close to the city so very convenient. Judy T

The trail map for this is accurate and its a really nice trial for when you want something longer in length. Bear in mind that this park has an entrance fee. Cool weather and not too many bugs this time in August, but bring repellent anyways!

Very clean park with running water washrooms!! Bigger trails are well maintained but not very well marked so having GPS with map is a must. Side trails are overgrown but have tons of wild raspberries. Shared trails with bikers which seem to be polite and careful not to ride you over. Overall a good experience. There are camping sites which seem a tad crowded, noisy and offer no vegetation covering.

Came to Albion trails with a few boys for an overnight trip. The trail itself was not great. Not much scenery. Not challenging. However we made an adventure out of it by getting lost and playing catch with a hiking stick. The bottom line is it’s always awesome to get out in nature. Stick to the biking trails as they are more interesting. Would not come back for a hike but the camping sites are nice and it is great hiking for little kids.

I would recommend this trail but beware that it’s very overgrown in parts and not well marked throughout. Beautiful views, plenty of shade.

Very muddy June 6th when coming in from the Duffy’s Lane entrance. Saw two deer in the south east part of the trails which was a nice highlight. Great piece of the Humber river Heritage trail on the south western side and a good spot for a picnic with a campfire. Would not bother with the northern loops of the park- nothing interesting and very overgrown.

overall very good trial. only complain is navigating through the parking lots. Street signs don't match map so its challenging to find starting point

Trails are predominantly for Mountain biking. The AllTrails map will take you off course. Very easy to get all turned around if you are not paying very close attention to your surroundings. I will definitely be back for some biking but will avoid any further hiking in this park.

Went late April with my dog for a walk. My first time here. No one at gate, but website said open. Drove in and parked. Difficult to find head of trail. Several signs pointing to trail access, but that’s about it to find where to pick up the various trails. There are numbered markers on the trail, but keep in mind depending on the trail, you won’t pass all numbers. I wanted to do the red trail, but ended up on blue and somehow the yellow bike trails. There was one car in the lot but I saw no one on the trail. No bugs, warm day. There is a small pool there that would be fun in summer. My favourite part was the little creek running through parts of the forest around 26 marker. Glad I had my compass and the AllTrails app b/c it’s a large park and the trail markers are not the best. Terrain was a mix of forest floor, grass, some road, some gravel. I’d probably return and try the red trail again. Likely easier with some knowledge of the park trails. Overall the park appears well cared for and tidy. Geocaching and educational centres for kids, as well as a play park and the pool as mentioned.

Great trail! Well groomed in the winter

Great narrow, long and challenging trails. Excellent for walking, running and mountain biking. A lot of fat tire bike riders are enjoying themselves. Someone has crafted a lot of miniature houses (doors) in trees along the trail and other funny things. Very enjoyable!

Very nice trails but most are badly marked you can get lost :). The map doesn't show where the start of trail, a bit confusing but definitely will be back.

Great place to ride if you’ve got the legs. Too many damn hills.

I had the opportunity to enjoy this trail while on the Mud Hero 10K Ultra course. Overlooking the addition of mammoth sized obstacles, the trail is a moderately challenging terrain with an excellent mix of uphill and downhill. I look forward to running this again with and without Mud Hero “enhancements”.

Awesome single track mountain biking trails for a really good price

Good trail, more of a biking trail, lots of different varieties of mushrooms.

3.5, some trails were closed. Easy hike and seems more geared towards bikers. Still a nice time out. Bring bug spray!!!

Hiked the Red Trail today. It was sunny, hot and humid and we were eaten alive! But we still had a great time.

Really liked it! Ran into many deer which was lovely! I would go here again.

Beautiful place. We did the blue trail. Definitely moderate. Didn't have enough recycling and garbage cans and washrooms were closed (accept the main one at the chalet).
