A nice starting trail along the river, then off into the forest before you hit the train bridge. I found there to be a trail linked to the main trail, which looks like a cross country ski trail used by the locals. This was great because it ended up adding about 30 minutes to the hike. Its not super well marked, hence me getting pleasantly lost on the other trail. Some days when I go I just walk along the river without going into the forest because the private road is really beautiful.

Beautiful private trail. The road is fenced off which makes it seem like you are not able to walk past it but it is only there to keep unwanted vehicles out. When walking down the road there are multiple signs saying vehicles are not allowed on the road or near the conservation area. Apart from the fence the trails are marked very well and maintained beautiful. Some dead trees are used to keep you on the outlined path so you do not get lost. Beautiful scenery, must bring bear spray as there was lots of bear droppings and other wildlife very much present when you are following the trail. Overall great trail for a short hike !

Very easy flat trail. Saw a beaver and a doe!
