Stanley Park is a 405-hectare public park that borders the downtown of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada and is almost entirely surrounded by waters of Vancouver Harbour and English Bay. There are a total of nearly 17 miles (27km) of trails winding their way through Stanley Park's interior forest used by hikers, runners, bikers, families, rollerbladers, and people heading out for a swim.

I highly recommend renting a bicycle and riding in and around Stanley Park. It's a gorgeous place to spend half a day. We actually rode bicycles all around Vancouver including Grandview island. This loop trail is very busy during weekends with runners and cyclists.

The jewel of Vancouver. You get to see some of the best views Vancouver has to offer.

Nice to do when the weather is warm.

Rented bikes and cruised the whole way around. Great day!

Walk or cycle. A must do for anyone visiting Vancouver.
Bring your swimmers for Third beach if the weather is nice.

Nice leisurely bike route

Great place to take a stroll or a leisure bike ride.

A decent walk - could feel it in my legs after. Not as busy as I expected. It's stroller friendly too.

One of Vancouver's main attractions!

Not exactly a trail, just a nice path for walk and/or run

biking one way (counter clockwise) closes gate on trail 11 pm good for wheelchairs and seniors lots of benches to rest with breath taking scenery

Excellent! A pleasant long walk in the park
As easy as it gets.

Flat and path all the way, great for a lunch break run

Great views around the entire seawall. I typically bike it but be sure to be careful around certain turns

nice hike, the trails were reasonably easy and a great day hike..good for new hikers or people with children. liked it

Ran this in June. Weather was cool. There are some points where cyclists, walkers, rollerbladers, and runners get all bunched up. Patience will be required. Don't run this to set PRs, you'll miss out on the sites and get frustrated by lollygaggers .

went there with my sister about a year ago. can't wait to go back! :)
