Very cool trail

Easy hike with an amazingly blue lake at the end.

Very easy trail not moderate. My three year old had no troubles.

great trail hiked this in 2 days july 22, 23, 2017 similar to other comments. shall update soon with pictures. feel free to hit me up if you have any questions

Kinney Lake is beautiful and the 4.5k trek to the bottom is worth it and not hard at all with a nice wide path. It’s nice that they have markers at each 1k. We ventured beyond the campground at 7k to the valley between 8k and 9k and saw some gorgeous falls in the distance. If we had started earlier could have made it past 11k to the valley of 1000 falls.

great easy hike for beginners. Part of the trail follows the river and we loved the views and the sounds of powerful rushing waters. Kinney Lake is serenely breathtaking

There are a few rocky narrow and steeper parts on the short trail, which could be rough when wet. Nice flat viewing area at the bottom with chain link fence. 3/4 hr there and back.

Great hike, beautiful scenery, a scenic reward if you can make it to the Alpine Lake. First 6 km of this trail is moderate and a good trail other than some overgrown areas. Once you cross the bridge the trail becomes difficult. Narley roots, wetlands, and rock/boulder scrambling await. Last 1 km we encountered the steepest climb and traversed across snow to reach the end. I brought my 13 year old daughter on this her first backpack trip and she did great but it may have been a bit harsh for her first time. Also brought my dog and he only had trouble with navigating the boulders. He slept for 2 days afterward. The campsite can be beautiful but we encountered snow mid June and had to use a shovel that was left there to clear the only viable spot. Firewood is hard to come by up there so be prepared to scavenge. Definitely use hiking poles they are a must if carrying weight.

Decent day hike to the base of Yellowhead mountain, possible to scramble the rest of the way to the peak if you felt inclinded. Although that would take considerably longer as the end of the maintained path is at the base of the scramble. It's a considerable uphill climb the majority of the way so be prepared not to do leg day at the gym that week as this hike is more then enough. Some beautiful views or the valley and a beautiful alpine hike.

tough hike. huge incline most of the way. not for the inexperienced hiker.

Wonderful hike! Ventured 9 km in. Still a fair amount of snow in the heavy wooded part bit well worth the extra time it took.

Easy hike. If you like mushrooms, you will enjoy spotting them along the way, one of which was the size of my gatorade bottle! And the old towering red cedars created a magnificent view!

I have to agree. There are hundreds of trails not mentioned.

Since this is such a popular trail and it is not reviewed, I have to conclude that this app is pretty useless.
