#8 - Admiralty Point Trail Loop
Belcarra Regional ParkLength: 6.5 mi • Est. 3 h 11 m
Admiralty Point Trail is a gorgeous path that is enjoyable all year round. It has excellent views, nice beaches, and many interesting stopping points. Be sure to see Cod Rock, Periwinkle Notch, and Maple Beach along the way. The trail itself alternates between walking paths and light hiking trails. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.
If you prefer a longer and slightly more difficult adventure, this trail can also be turned into a loop by continuing past Admiralty Point. You will then see Whiteshell Bank, Burns Point and Caraholly Point. Next, as you leave the shoreline you will pass by the trials motorcycle park. And finally, you can stroll around Woodhaven Swamp before returning to your starting point via the Springboard trail. You may notice that this route includes a section between Burns Point and Caraholly Point for which Alltrails does not show a trail. Not to worry as the unmarked trail is there and although lightly used, the path is clear to see.
