such a beautiful trail but best to hike in the early fall. so busy in the summer

The views are stunning in all directions. I have made a video of this hike. It is on YouTube, and my channel is LIVEON ALBERTA. Check it out if you want to see the hike before you do it.

Great hike. Overall, the hike was moderate with the last 30 minutes being hard.

Magnificent views! This was a hard trail for me and my husband. I think it was the altitude and constantly going straight up. We saw a porcupine and numerous birds. Beautiful wildflowers. If you decide to hike this trail just remember the return is downhill which is so easy.

Beautiful path, ideal for short legs when traveling on the Icefields Parkway. Not too demanding, overwhelming views of the glacier. It took us about two and a half hours to get there and back. No break because it was just too cold and very windy ...

Super crowded trail come early if you want to get parking and see the falls without standing in line. Otherwise a family friendly trail easy.

I enjoyed this hike but it is a very busy trail!

Pretty scenery and waterfall but far too crowded for my liking. Should have known by the parking lot.

Great trail, and great views on August 17th!! We didn't do the whole course set out here. We first made a stop at Lake Agnus teahouse, before hitting Big Bee Hive. Stunning views from the top! Then worked our way back down, and walked the river back to the Fairmont. Bee Hive is a must do for anyone hitting the Lake Louise area.

Very crowded but the views from the Little Beehive were amazing. Bring lots of water.

Very crowded but also very beautiful. We paid the $10 fee to park right in the lot but the roadside was lined with cars for a long distance

This short hike was a great break from the car and the depth of the water’s cut into the rock was amazing.

Beautiful! I would recommend it anytime! Even in the rain it was worth it! It’s an easy path and the ratio effort VS reward is great.

This is a great trail for families. It’s roughly paved all the way to the upper falls. Would recommend the trail all the way to the ink pots. The view is incredible! Path/bridges are a bit narrow at times but it’s definitely still accessible. Would recommend this hike!

Started around 9am on a weekday. No problem finding a parking spot. Definitely go all the way up to the inkpots!

It was a nice nature walk, but not a hike. Perfect for families, children, and those who can’t hike much elevation. we got to the Upper Falls and had to wait in a 20 minute line in order to even see it. Takes the awe out of it for sure. We took the walk though, so waited in line! If we had the time, we would have kept walking to the ink pots, but unfortunately had to head out. Whole thing with the line took us an hour and 15 minutes.

Straight forward hike full of switchbacks. This one got our heart rate up! It was a rainy day, but was worth it for the view at the top. The Hike to the top took us 1 hour and 20 minutes with a few water stops along the way. The top is busy due to the gondola, but it was nice to head inside a bit to warm up from the rain. Walk up the boardwalk to get to Sanson Peak, but then head back down and venture off the boardwalk toward a separate trail that leads around the mountain. Not many people went that way, and let my husband and I be alone at the top of the mountain. Head back up, and hike down or pay for a gondola ride down!

Pretty easy trail (although not for many tourists) with greats views at the end (of the lake). Too many people though! Did the Little Beehive which was worth it (for the incredible views of the entire valley).

really nice trail! bit of a tough push to the lake but we were really motoring. finished in 4 hours. its actually 15 km return to the lake and a bit longer if you continue on through harvey pass. all in all a great day hike!

I really enjoyed this hike. It is a tough hike, but if you are in shape it should be no problem. Just make sure to bring proper footwear. Beware shortly after it rains there are a few slick areas when you get towards the end of the hike. My buddies and I had to scramble a bit through this part due to the trail being muddy. We didn’t have poles, but I am not sure they would have helped due to how slick it was.

Great hike. Did it yesterday. weather was great for the most part with a couple of clouds of rain. It's a steady climb for the most part with just a couple of challenging parts and one mini scramble. I started really early (7 AM). Views are second to none.

Super hiking, the view is really spectacular and the descent into "godonle" is quite nice - it gives another view. Part is a little more cardio but it's worth it, beautiful passage in the trees and beautiful views all along! And no mosquitoes!

Rocky trail but well carved. Steep and narrow in some parts for a beginner like me but well worth the hike. The reward at the end view of the falls and scenery is breathtaking.
