#1 - Tunari Peak
Parque Nacional TunariLength: 2.3 mi • Est. 55 m
A magnificent path from the clearing of the Machu lagoon (the parking lot is meters away from it) to the Pico Tunari which is located at 5,035 m, being the highest peak in central Bolivia. The terrain is dry and stony, reaching the top also becomes quite windy. Approaching the top - Keep to the right and while the views are impressive, don't get too close to the edge of the cliff.
