pleasant walk not too strenuous. made a slight detour at the end via the inn for a well deserved pint.

Great walk, plenty of birds and great vegetation. Also some great views. Got a little lost with loop at the end. However trail mostly well marked and well maintained.

A pleasant walk with changing scenery and terrain. Well defined path and adequate signage.

The trail is mostly flat with a few rocky slopes. There isn't a lot to see on the way round but it's a nice route nonetheless. The signs say 4.5 hours but can be done in a little over 2 with decent fitness.

the variety of birds is amazing even seen blue wrens :) the koala walk & yanchep inn is amazing too. take cash for the np fee. BBQs available. easy track 35 mins

Trail run. Not very well signed. Overgrown in a lot of areas, ducking and dodging. I enjoyed it being overgrown but may not suit everybody.

yanchep end the first 7 km is the most scenic after that dont bother

Great Walk! Amazing wild flowers this time of the year in August as well as wild life, especially birds! Easy trail. Loved the spots where you could actually sit down, take a break & enjoy your surroundings!

Lovely walk and great scenery. Moderate inclines not too strenuous. Took just over two hours at a leisurely pace from start to finish. Will definitely go back in near future.

Nice view but don’t walk this one alone. Lots of kangeroos and wear longs .... lots of prickly bushes.

Love this hike. I do it at least one a month for the last 2 years. In July and August the flowers are amazing. When finished you can have a coffee at the coffee shop or a beer at the club.

Great walking trail with beautiful views. Limestone track all of the way except for the last half of the loop where it turns into a sand trail for a short distance. Moderate elevations & easy to walk. No specific parking at the start so just parked on the side of the road.

Mate and I completed this a few weeks ago in rainy weather. Great walk in the Bush. Not very hard, quite flat and if your half fit you will finish it in a third of the time they suggest. Ghost house isn’t much to look at but could imagine it would be fun with kids at night, even has camping facilities. Fees included unless you don’t mind leaving your car out of the park and walking a little extra.

I did this hike in summer toward the end of January but I would recommend to do it at a cooler time of the year as there is not many shaded section. The path is very flat however it is very sandy and can be hard to walk on. There are several sections of 4 wheel drive tracks that we follow as part of this trail which could make some sections of the trail a bit boring. There are bush toilets, picnic tables and a hut for overnight sleepers half way through which is quite handy for a lunch break. I found it hard to find the trail at the start but once I passed Crystal cave it was very well marked and easy to follow.

This is a great variation on the actual Yaberoo Budgera Trail. The actual walk starts/finishes at Lake Joondalup and goes all the way into Yanchep National Park. I will walk it and upload here soon.
