DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED, as the app says dogs are allowed on leash we organized a hiking bringing our dog, but finally couldn’t do anything cause they aren’t allowed, not even in a vehicle

Great walk. Did it clockwise which is the best way to do it as the last part is more flat so can cruise home.

We did the the shorter version of this which cuts across the middle - Christmas Tree Trail. That was 10.5km and very doable in under 3 hours. Not too difficult, beautiful surrounds and enough shade to keep you cool along the way.

Great for any bike. Fantastic ride.... Beautiful day too. John Forrest National Park is amazing! (I did do the whole loop.. the last bit that's not marked is the best bit... where my photos were taken)

Great trail for the family

Perfect conditions for a family ride... Next time I might check which direction I need to go, so that the family get to go through the tunnel!

Great workout for family. Enjoy the walk trail.

worth doing for sure.

Very well sign posted Took us about four hours with a break for lunch Good views across the escarpment and across the valley Couple of little steep/rocky patches but overall quite achievable

It's an awesome trail, started off at Peachy park and there were some parts a bit tougher, a good walk.

Impossible to follow the trail as a new road with fences was blocking the trail. Trillions of ants biting your ankles.

Beautiful track with loads of wildlife and amazing views. Great sign posting along the way.

pleasant, clear signposted and well maintained. will definitely be back with my snorkel when the rains come. (summer’s a little boring!) was hoping to catch more wildlife but you can’t expect to see such things 100% of the time.

love this trail. done it many times. 2hr 35 mins from john forest car park. about 40 mins extra if you park by tunnel in swan view. great peaceful hike with beautiful spots. ive done it in pouring rain and walked through gushing water running down the trail paths and it was still beautiful. if you do it in winter with heavy rain just fallen bear this in mind and also about 7km in the track will be under water so you have to jump over a waterfall which is easy. wild flowers are beautiful in sept.

took just under 8 hours to walk. bit boring to be honest. but a great challenge. we started at glen forest at 7.30am and got back about 4.30pm with a stop at the 20km mark mundaring for lunch.

fantastic walk, especially in Sept for wildflowers

Fantastic walk with great views over Perth, all the creeks where flowing, wild flowers in abundance and varied bush scenery. Pretty much had it all.

Fantastic track with excellent markings. Took me three and a half hours. Some slippery and muddy bits plus a shoes off creek crossing but a really beautiful walk.

Well marked out trail. Get some great views over to Perth.

There are a couple of places that need creativity to get over some streams but otherwise a good, well signposted trail.
